What We're Looking For

We’re always on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our mission to engineer the secure future. The following skills and passions are especially welcome:

Offensive Security

• Experience with red teaming, adversary simulation, and custom tooling
• Familiarity with frameworks like Cobalt Strike, Mythic, and our internal “Argon” suite
• Payload development in C, Go, Python, or Nim
• OSINT and infrastructure reconnaissance

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with legacy mail routing platforms — especially our notoriously quirky mail server!
• Experience submitting CVs via email relays that should've been decommissioned last decade
• Ability to identify unsecured SMTP headers on a dark and stormy night
• If you're used to working with Github.

Secure Architecture

• CI/CD security design using GitLab, Terraform, and ArgoCD
• Network microsegmentation, zoning, and Kubernetes security (k3s preferred)
• Use of service mesh technologies like Istio and Vault integration

Exposure to our internal framework “Project Constellation” is advantageous.

DevSecOps & Application Security

• Proficiency in SAST and IaC analysis tools: Trivy, Grype, Semgrep, and OPA
• Experience with reproducible pipelines using Make, GitLab CI, or CircleCI

Cyber Assurance & Governance

• ISO 27001, NIST, CAF experience and stakeholder-facing risk communication
• Working knowledge of our internal tools: Checkframe, PolicyForge, and SecNarrate
